Vitamin B12 deficiency: The signs inside your mouth that could mean you’re lacking B12



VITAMIN B12 is rife in meats such as beef, liver and chicken. The nutrient is also found in eggs, yoghurt, cheese and shellfish. Some may assume unless you're a vegan, it'd be hard to be deficient in this vitamin, but that's not necessarily the case.
